The Stingers Pep Band

I received an email the other day from Jason Hovey, conductor of The Stingers, that reminded me to post a multimedia piece had I created about the pep band back in November.

The Stingers are a lively bunch of musicians who, because of Fullerton Junior College’s lack of a marching band, took the initiative to bring music and spirit to the football games. Their relatively unregulated nature has allowed them to apply their unique and lighthearted personalities to their performance, and so you can find them up in the stands with animal masks, referee uniforms, digereedoos, and “digereedon’ts.”
